COMMUNITY
EMPOWERMENT

In our experience we have realised thelimitations of development cooperation projects based solely on the logic of gift-giving.

This is why we have decided to commit ourselves todeveloping the skills of self-employment and social and collaborative entrepreneurship in our target communities.

Our solidarity work is organised in two complementary areas:

Inclusive training and entrepreneurial coaching

Inclusive training

Why

To contribute to the achievement of Goal 4 of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development which advocates quality, equitable and inclusive education and learning opportunities for all.

Who we are addressing

Those involved at community level in formal and non-formal education and training for young people and adults living in economically and socially disadvantaged situations.

What we propose

#SKILLS4JOB : active learning programme for the development of self-employment and social and collaborative entrepreneurship skills.

Entrepreneurial coaching

Why

To contribute to the achievement of goal no. 8 of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which promotes full and productive employment and decent work for all

Who we are addressing

To communities wishing to promote sustainable local self-development initiatives by valuing and supporting the creation and development of networks of small social enterprises and cooperatives.

What we propose

Guidance and accompaniment for the co-design and start-up of social and co-operative enterprises with the promotion of supporting capacity building initiatives.
