The training of young people and adults is one of the most important aspects of international cooperation projects. But also one of the most complex. Sometimes the cultural backgrounds are very different and the level of education of the people involved is different. That is why we set up the voluntary organisation SEND Social Entrepreneurship Development. From January 2022 we will be testing the #SKILLS4JOB vocational training workshop method designed for unemployed women and young people. We will do this in collaboration with WHY – a World Home for Youth odv also to relaunch the activity of the Jambiani Vocational Center that WHY has built in the village of #Jambiani in #Zanzibar.
